Our lake is a great spot for members to bring their families for quality bonding time.
East Monongahela Sportsmen's Club stocks the Lake a few times each year, starting with opening day of Trout. We also hold special events for the kids, including an annual Youth Fishing Day. Prizes and other mementos are given to all kids in attendance thanks to generous contributions from local and national outdoors shops.
Fishing-specific rules can be found on our Club Rules page. Wounded fish are now to be kept by the angler.
The 2026 Youth Fishing Day will be held on Saturday May 9th, 2026.
Children 15 & under are invited for a fun-filled day of fishing.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Lunch provided. Raffle & prizes for the biggest catch.
Catch & release or 2 fish limit. A limited amount of bait will be provided. We strongly recommend that you bring bait.

The weather was perfect this year!
The 2023 Youth Fishing Day was held on
Saturday May 6, 2023 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Children 16 and under are invited. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Lunch provided. Raffle and prizes for the biggest catch. Catch and release or 2 fish limit. A limited amount of bait will be provided. We strongly recommend that you bring bait.
